DE-DUPLICATION, REMOVE DUPLICATE

Avoid mailing duplicates - to prevent unwanted aggravation

To avoid mailing multiple packets to the same person or company, duplicates should be removed from a mailing list, or matches found between different lists. Matching can either be done at family level (ie. one pack per surname per household) or at individual level (ie. one pack per unique individual per household) or at household level (one pack per delivery point).

Very advanced algorithms are used to find all matches, including phonetic and mis-spelled matches.

De-duplication is charged on the total number of records entered into the matching process. For example, if 5,000 new customers are checked against 20,000 old customers, then 25,000 records are charged.

Matches can either be removed (purged) or left on file, with the option of a printed report of all possible matches and / or a file of reference keys supplied for use with your own in-house software.
